Took my jeep in on a random Saturday as I was having a transmission related concern. Ian was knowledgeable and actually recommended I take it to dealership since it was still covered under drive train warranty. He said there were known recalls and advised me to check with them first. Turns out he was right. Saved me a ton of money by being honest and I’ll be back if I have any other needs because I still utterly despise going to the dealerships! Thx Ian and will!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog Ian and his boss will are full of it. They Tried charging me 16k on an entire fuel system. I took it to my mechanic and he fix it for free. They’re low ballers not to mention they shoved me for 3k on an ac with a block off plate. Please avoid this place at all cost they’re a chop shop at best. You will be ripped off. I’ve been a customer for 5 plus year and they did this. What do yall think they will do to a new costume stay away!!!!

Big props to Will for fitting me in on a walk-in without an appointment. Though he was obviously in the middle of something, he stopped his job to answer my questions and help me out. He patiently and politely answered all of my concerns which included a convoluted car story. While my car was having problems starting, and I thought I also had a problem with the power steering since it the steering would slip at low speeds, so I was expecting a potentially large bill. But, after Will ran the diagnostic codes and did a few tests, he concluded that the whole problem was just a car battery with a bad cell (so it couldn't hold charge and assist the steering at low speeds). We have spent the last 5 months dealing with a death wobble issue on our 2016 f350 super duty 6.7 diesel. Went to a few different shops across the country because we use the truck for our transport business. None of them noticed what Grant did in 30 seconds after looking under the truck. I replaced the coil springs with a heavy duty spring and it had things all out of whack under there. Top ball joint was to far forward and track bar pulled to the driver side all the way with no movement.
